Purchases are shipped within the week of purchase.
We use a flat national shipping rate of $15 which allows for careful handling, bespoke gift packaging and warm climate precautions.
Express checkout options will incur a fee.
Some products listed on our website may not be available for immediate dispatch. You will be notified of any delays.
Our main method of shipping is via Australia Post or Courier depending on your location and items purchased. You will be provided with a tracking number to trace your parcel en route.
All care and precaution is taken to package your chocolate order so that it arrives to you in optimal condition however we are not liable for any loss or handling damage incurred post-dispatch.
There is an option to pick up if you are locally based in Adelaide, South Australia.
If you require a return, please contact us at our atelier on 0435 788 486 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery receipt to discuss an approval for return.
Cost of returning the item will only be refunded if the item is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until they are safely received at our atelier, so please pack items well.
Returned items must be received 'as new' and in perfectly resalable condition.
Once the return has been approved, please include a note with details of your name, contact details, order number and the reason for the return.
