There truly is something magical about chocolate truffles coated in pure cocoa, they are nostalgic and they touch all your senses. Firstly, they are total indulgent eye candy, you’re already captivated, to the rich aroma of cocoa, to holding one about to devour it and then it converts into an decadent molten silk in your mouth as your taste buds are in total temptation and then…. Ok ok I think I better stop here, it’s getting a little heated!! I think it’s time I share the recipe with you, don’t you think?
