CRUNCHY CACAO NIBS GRANOLA RECIPE

Need a super easy healthy delicious granola recipe involving chocolate?
Today was a slow Sunday and I decided I would create a healthy breakfast choice to start every day right!
I’ve always loved the crunchy texture of granola, the nuts, the coconut, the oats, but with my love of chocolate I really needed something a little extra. So today I had a little play in the kitchen and tried a few different combinations and yes, I found the one!
The Cacao Nibs that make our granola the crunchiest!
Adixions Crunchy Cacao Nibs Granola Recipe
Preheat oven to 150 degrees
200 grams rolled oats
110 grams raw cacao nibs
110 grams roughly chopped hazelnuts
50 grams coconut flakes
1/4 cup black chia seeds
2 1/5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt flakes
70 grams coconut oil
70 grams maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla paste
Combine the dry ingredients in large bowl.
Melt the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla in a saucepan. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well until all the dry ingredients are coated.
Spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stir occasionally, until golden brown. Let cool and store in glass jar with seal. Keeps for up to 2 weeks.
