All products are handmade in our Adelaide atelier using the finest French ingredients and locally sourced seasonings. We specialise in dark chocolate and have perfected a secret, small-batch technique which captures its wide-ranging health benefits that are laced into each and every product.

Our philosophy is grounded in an uncontrolled passion for dark chocolate. Every sweet is lovingly handcrafted, infused with kindness and shaped to our exacting standards.

We have an unwavering dedication to the quality and caliber of our products and so we use carefully selected ingredients from both local and international sources. The foundation of our signature chocolate recipe benefits from the finest French couverture made by Cacao Barry, a proud Fairtrade company. We then add South Australian, all-natural seasonings and extracts to create both classic and experimental flavours. We thrive on exploring new, exciting trends and can custom design chocolates around almost any essence.

My story...

My obsession with chocolate started as a child. I would stand next to my mum in the kitchen and watch in awe as she whipped up cakes for our big Greek parties. A heart felt hobby quickly became a professional passion as I trained in Paris, Sydney and Melbourne to learn as much as I could about the art and science of making chocolate. Today I am a dedicated sweet specialist and find energy in designing desserts that bring a smile to people’s faces.
