It all started as a child, standing next to my mum in the kitchen, watching her miraculously whip up dishes and desserts for our family and friends, I loved it. Our lives revolved around food. Oh food, glorious food!
I began experimenting with chocolate, making handcrafted truffles and taking them to work and these eventually turned into little orders. A girlfriend then asked me to make her wedding cake and that is how my cake & dessert journey began.
I am mostly self taught and have been very lucky to attend a couple of cake courses at Planet Cake in Sydney and a macaron class at La Cuisine Paris in France. Every cake I create is uniquely designed for each occasion and I am constantly bubbling with anticipation with what I might be creating next. In the last couple of years I have been drawn back my love of chocolate and have gained wonderful industry know-how spending some time at Savour School in Melbourne.
Meeting & working with people is a one of my passions, so I love working closely with each client to assure orders are brought to life just as imagined. Instilling joy in peoples lives through sweet designs is my gift to you.
I work by appointment only and I provide cake or chocolate samples for you to taste during your consult.
